AlligatorByte schedules a 1:1 call to discuss your business, website goals, and hash out design preferences.

AlligatorByte scopes out the work and then you sign off.

For the lump sum model, you'll pay half as a deposit.

🖍️ Week 1

AlligatorByte starts designing your website.

🧐 Week 2

AlligatorByte demos the website design, you have one week to review and give feedback.

🔧 Week 3

AlligatorByte makes design changes based on your feedback and starts coding.

🎯 Week 4

Demo day! Your website is either launched and hosted by AlligatorByte (subscription model, optional add-on for lump sum pricing), or the code base is transferred to you.
